Amendment 8

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

This amendment is important so that someone can't be charged 100,000 dollars are stealing a candy bar, and so that no cruel punishment is happening in the jails.
